Come and See!
Small group ministry as envisioned by Achbishop Hebda in his pastoral letter, You Will Be My Witnesses, continues in our parish to help you take the next step in your faith journey. We have group leaders who welcome new members (in word and deed) so no one feels like the “odd person out.” Everyone has the opportunity to pray, share and fellowship in a ‘community’ setting. The current small groups that exist are specified below. As Year two of the Synod approaches, watch for more updates here, in the bulletin, or our weekly Staying Connected email. Small Groups at Saint Bonaventure
Reflection on the Gospel Reading

Time: Monday at 6 p.m. (once a month)
Location: Mike and Marcy's home

Time: Tuesday at 2 p.m. (every other week)

Women in the New Evangelization (WINE)
A creative and inspired ministry to encourage, support, and nurture women in the Catholic faith by equipping and mobilizing women as intentional disciples of Christ. We seek to grow in grace together through life-changing retreats, prayer, study, faith, and friendship. WINE beyond Saint Bonaventure also hosts many fun and spirit-filled social events for women throughout the year, such as wine tastings, guest speakers, dinners, and many others.

Time: Thursday from 6:30 - 8 p.m. (3rd Thursday of the month, quarterly)

Vanguard Men's Ministry
Vanguard's mission is to encourage, equip, and energize young men of Saint Bonaventure and the surrounding area as brothers in Christ by cultivating discipleship, servant leadership, and obedience through a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. Young men in their 20s and 30s are welcome!

Time: Friday from 7 - 8:30 p.m. (1st, 3rd, and 5th Friday of the month)
Location: Youth Room
Discipleship Among Daily Situations (DADS)
Men of all ages and stages of life, focusing on sharing faith and growing together as Christian men in The Modern World.
Leader: Ben Krippner
Time: Saturday from 9:15 - 11 a.m. (2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month)
Location: St. Francis Room
Estudio Bíblico en Español
El grupo pasará tiempo estudiando tanto el Antiguo como el Nuevo Testamento, aprendiendo sobre la importancia de los sacramentos en nuestras vidas y orando por cada miembro del grupo, sus necesidades y intenciones.

We are always seeking new leaders. Anyone interested in potentially leading a small group should contact the parish office for further discussion and discernment about any 'training' needed. The expectation of someone leading a new small group varies depending upon the individual's availability and comfort level.
