Safe Environment
Saint Bonaventure is committed to creating and fostering a safe environment for all children, youth, and vulnerable adults. All those involved in ministry who have contact with minors or vulnerable adults must complete Essential 3 Requirements (E3 Requirements).
E3 Requirements consist of VIRTUS Training, the Archdiocesan Code of Conduct, and a Background Check. In addition, all volunteers working with children or vulnerable adults must renew their E3 Requirements every three years. To complete or renew E3 Requirements volunteers should go to virtusonline.com. VIRTUS Training is offered throughout the year at parishes throughout the Archdiocese and the renewal courses are offered online.
