St. Boni’s Fall Festival
It's time to celebrate! We are excited for our annual St. Boni's Fall Festival, the first weekend after Labor Day, September 9-10. Saint Bonaventure has called the Bloomington community home for nearly 65 years, and we have loved celebrating with our broader community by way of this festival for 51 years.

The St. Boni's Fall Festival is an annual outdoor community festival bringing thousands together with festival fun for everyone! We begin with a Hot Broasted Chicken Dinner on Friday evening from 4:30-7 p.m., and Saturday kicks off with a Kid’s Parade at 10 a.m. and festival fun all day, concluding with a "come as you are" Mass at 7 p.m.

There is truly fun for everyone, from kids' activities and crafts to live entertainment, a cash raffle, games of chance, and more than 200 classic cars. Fabulous food options reflect our diverse parish, from Vietnamese egg rolls made in our very own church kitchen to a custom seasoning for our premier pork chops.

Here are a few highlights this year:

Car Show
More than 200 classic cars, trucks, and hot rods ’79 and older come from all over for our 27th Annual St. Boni’s Car Show.

Live Entertainment
Live performances by Sawyer's Dream and The Dakota Ramblers.
  • About Sawyer's Dream: Inspired by the writings of Mark Twain and the vocal harmonies of bands such as the Mamas & the Papas, ABBA and Fleetwood Mac, Minneapolis based Sawyer’s Dream is a unique cross-blending of Americana, Pop, Rock and Soul.
  • About The Dakota Ramblers: Traditional Honky Tonk Country, the way you remember it! The Dakota Ramblers Band was inducted into the Legends of South Dakota Country Music Hall of Fame in 2014.
Kid’s Parade
We kick off our community festival with our youngest parishioners in their best costumes and favorite modes of transportation! The parade route circles our property on 10th Ave., 92nd Street, and Chicago.

Festival Fun for Everyone
All ages and all interests. From kids’ activities and crafts to live entertainment, a silent auction, raffle, games of chance, and cold beverages, there is festival fun for everyone.

Raffle: $5 per ticket
Get tickets from your favorite Saint Bonaventure friend or in the Parish Office. Drawing will take place at 6:30 p.m. on September 10, 2022.
