MinisTREE

Picture

Our mission at Saint Bonaventure is to Love God—Love Others—Make Disciples, and our active and vibrant community animates this. We all hold our parish's ministries in our hearts and carry out its mission with our hearts, hands, and resources. The MinisTREE program is an excellent opportunity to come together and help with needed tasks and funding items not included in our regular budget. During Lent this year, MinisTREE cards with requests from our ministries are displayed on grids in the center of our Gathering Space.

We are beyond grateful that our community has been very generous to the MinisTREE program over the years, funding many unique things, such as the matching green dalmatic our deacon wears during Ordinary Time or new chairs in the confessionals. This program has also grown our volunteer base and helped us to complete many needed tasks.

The MinisTREE program is made possible by Catholic United Financial. We are especially grateful for the support of the Saints Ann & Wendelinus Catholic United Financial Council #46 and their representative, Bill McMullen, bmcmullen@catholicunited.org. Their chapter donated $5 per completed MinisTREE card up to $500 from our 2022 MinisTREE campaign and intend to support us in the same way in 2023.
