Parish Lenten Mission: The Sacrament of Holy Eucharist
March 24-26 at 6:30 p.m.
The Sacrament of Holy Eucharist
The Source and Summit of the Christian Life Join us in the church for three evenings focused on the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist with Fr. Michael Van Sloun. The Eucharist has a transformative effect. If we truly desire, the Eucharist has the power to change us, not in a small way, but in a major way, to re-create us into a new and better person. A rich source of grace throughout life, the Eucharist is spiritual sustenance for our pilgrimage on earth, and at the time of death, the Eucharist is received as bread for the journey.
When: March 24 - 26 at 6:30 p.m. Where: In the Church Fr. Michael A. Van Sloun is a priest of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. He currently is the Director of Clergy Personnel for the Archdiocese, adjunct instructor for Church Administration at the St. Paul Seminary School of Divinity, and a regular columnist for Faith Fundamentals in The Catholic Spirit, and he is writing a multiyear series on the sacraments. He was the priest chaplain of the Minnesota Vikings for twenty years.
