At Saint Bonaventure, trustees and councils come together to ensure and guide our programs, projects and events are aligned with our mission to Love God - Love Others - Make Disciples.

The Archbishop, Vicar General, pastor, and two trustees make up the parish corporate Board of Directors.

Trustees
Parish Trustees provide financial, administrative, and pastoral advice to the pastor while representing the broad interest of our entire parish community. The pastor recommends two trustees, and the Archbishop appoints them for two-year terms.

Parish Pastoral Council (PPC)
An advisory body of parishioners established to consult with the pastor and recommend the direction of the parish in keeping with our parish mission to Love God - Love Others - Make Disciples. Our PPC has nine members serving staggered three-year terms. Members are selected annually and appointed by the pastor in consultation with the council. PPC Members must complete and maintain Essential 3 (E3) Requirements for Safe Environment.

Finance Council
Parishioners with strong financial knowledge and background serve as a financial advisory board to the pastor. The Finance Council meets bi-monthly to plan and oversee the budget, advise on revenue and expenditures, and monitor financial and security controls. Finance Council Members must complete and maintain Essential 3 (E3) Requirements for Safe Environment.
